MasOffer lists a single model: cpa. You get paid when a conversion is approved, so there is no revenue share or recurring percentage to track. That keeps reporting simple, though it also limits how a long tail of smaller wins adds up.

MasOffer is run from VN by Vimarket Vietnam JSC. It is a single market network, so its offers and payouts are shaped by that home base, and publishers elsewhere may find fewer programs to choose from.

MasOffer lists 10,000 publishers, below the 20,000 median across the affiliate networks in this comparison. A smaller network can mean less crowding for the same offers, but also fewer peers to swap advice with.

The minimum payout is VND 200,000, and the schedule is Monthly on the 20th (T+20). Cash arrives on a fixed monthly rhythm rather than on demand, so plan around the wait: a balance that has cleared but not reached the minimum keeps rolling to the next payment.

Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so you can email, call or work through the help center. Phone is the quickest route when a conversion is stuck or a payment is late, and the help center handles tracking questions.

Not in the models it lists. The only entry is cpa, so you are paid per approved conversion rather than a share of revenue or a repeat payment. Publishers who want those structures can look at Admitad, which lists cpa, cpl and cps.

AWEmpire (LiveJasmin family, casual-dating tier) runs PPL, PPLR and PPS, a lead, sale and revenue share mix built around dating offers. A8.net is the opposite shape: it lists 3,726,707 publishers, far more than the 10,000 at MasOffer.
