What is Headquarters?

The headquarters country is where the company behind a programme keeps its head office. 1-800Accountant Affiliate Program is based in the US, 1000Farmacie IT in IT, 12Go Travel Affiliate Program in SG, 2Performant in RO, and 7bet in LT. Where a programme is registered shapes the contract a publisher signs and the payment handling around it, which matters when weighing a programme against one in their own market.
